We advise you to book in advance to ensure availability.

Cancellation Policy:
In the low and middle season, cancellations must be made 24 hours before the arrival date. Late cancellations and no-shows incur a one night fee.

In July, cancellations must be made 48 hours before the arrival date. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged a one night fee.

In August, cancellations must be made 72 hours before the arrival date. In case of no-show or late cancellation, the full stay will be charged.

For early departures in July and August, one night will be charged.

Low Season – Apr/1 to May/31 & Sep/26 to Oct/31
Middle Season – Jun/1 to Jul/10 & Sep/1 to Sep/25
High Season – Jul/11 to Jul/31
Peak Season – Aug/1 to Aug/31

Children policy:
Children from 0 to 4 years old stay free of charge when sharing a bed with parents. Free cots are also available.
Children from 4 to 12 years old pay 50% of the per person rate.

After Reservation:
After a reservation is made, please e-mail us with complete information about the way and time of your arrival to Santorini in order to arrange for your transfer.

Arrival on Santorini:
From Port
On your arrival to Santorini information are available at our branch on the port, "Holiday Tours" tourist office.

From Airport
If you already have arranged your transfer, someone will be waiting holding a note with your name. In case you have not arranged your transfer, taxis are available outside the airport to drive you to the properties with a cost of about 15-23 Euros.
