Housing three spacious lodges on the brink of the caldera, Strass residences offer a unique experience to all of its quests. All rooms facing the sea, with an outside bar, swimming pool, dining area, spacious sitting areas with built-in sofas, large sun-deck with breathtaking views of the Caldera, the volcano and Firostefani villages.

Each day starts with a rich American breakfast served in bed, on the pool bar or the impressive dinning area in a cave overlooking the Caldera. There is a maid service on call to accomodate your daily requirements.

The villa is 150m from the long Perissa beach famous for the infinite black sand, with possibilities of diving and various water sports. Many restaurants, cocktail bars, clubs and shops are all around Perissa beach.
